The NHF prenatal app offers a systematic approach to evaluating supplements based on their nutritional profiles. Key features of the app include:

• Quick rating: A straightforward 1-100% rating system that assesses vitamin and mineral content.
• Vitamin & mineral info: Detailed descriptions of essential nutrients required during pregnancy, their benefits, and tailored recommendations for optimal intake.
• Search functionality: A user-friendly search feature that allows users to filter by specific vitamins/minerals, supplement types, and dosage forms.
• Prenatal information: Comprehensive insights into how each nutrient contributes to the health of both mother and child.
• Helpful links: Curated links to resources from the Neurological Health Foundation, a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit, including access to guides on healthy child development, nutrition during pregnancy, and related summits.

The journey through pregnancy entails numerous decisions and potential hurdles. The NHF prenatal app aims to simplify this process by providing evidence-based recommendations and resources.
